Musculoskeletal Occupational Health Services

Who are we?

We are a small, independent Occupational Health provider offering dedicated specialist support on all musculoskeletal and orthopaedic health conditions.

We aim to provide clear, clinically guided advice to small and medium businesses and organisations. We can provide ad hoc as well as tailored packages or contract work. Our ethos is to ensure that you receive a bespoke service, as Occupational Health is not about providing generic advice.

What makes us different from other providers?

We offer a fresh approach to Occupational Health. In addition to traditional guidance on fitness for work, reasonable adjustments, return-to-work support, and related queries, we provide valuable information on potential diagnoses, initial condition management, and appropriate employee signposting.

This proactive approach is crucial and often overlooked, as early intervention can reduce the risk of chronic conditions and minimise the psychological impact of health issues. One such example is fear avoidance where due to not receiving early support and encouragement, individuals can become fearful of movement and activity due to pain, resulting in potentially longer recovery times and greater impact upon work.

We aim to make Occupational Health more personalised, holistic, and of the highest quality.

Why Occupational Health?

Occupational health aims to support employers and employees managing their health at work. We specialise in musculoskeletal health allowing us to provide dedicated and evidence based solutions and advice.

Occupational health helps to provide guidance on fitness for work, any reasonable adjustments to support employees with their health condition and or disability. As musculoskeletal specialists we aim to provide employees advice on condition management where possible.

If you are not sure if occupational health is needed, contact us for a no obligation conversation. We are proud to work in partnership with other highly qualified medical professionals to support with escalations when needed or for other medical conditions or specialist support.
